Description:
Marco Funaro was born in Lamezia Terme (Italy) where he spent his youth before moving to Milano in 2002 where he studied Computer Science at Politecnico di Milano. In 2005 he obtained his Bachelor (Laurea) degree. In April 2008 he also obatined tha Master degree(Laurea Specialistica) with a thesis about automatic detection of software clones under the supervision of professor Carlo Ghezzi. From June 2008 he has been  assistant researcher for the DEEPSE (DEpendable Evolvable Pervasive Software Engineering) group. In January 2009 he started his PhD mainly working on the SMSCom project.
